  • Can I cancel my session and get a refund?
    Yes, you can cancel and get a refund as long as you cancel over 24 hours before your session is due to begin. (You will still be charged a small booking fee).
  • Can I reschedule a booking?
    You are able to reschedule up to 24 hours before your session is due to begin.
  • How do I book?
    Please choose the BOOKING page (listed in the main navigation), or use onf of the booking links on our home page. From here, you will be guided through our online booking system. All bookings must be made and paid for in advance through our secure online system.
  • I need help gaining access
    Please call the number on the sign, located near to the gate. We will address any gate or access issues for you as quickly as possible.
  • Can I book a regular slot?
    Yes, recurring books are an option on the booking page. Please select a date and select Recurring.
  • Is Brokerswood Dog Walking Field suitable for all dog breeds and sizes?
    Yes, Brokerswood Dog Walking Field is suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Our securely fenced area provides a safe environment for small, medium, and large dogs to play and socialize off-leash.
  • Do I need to book in advance to visit Brokerswood Dog Walking Field?
    Yes, you need to book in advance. Brokerswood Dog Walking Field does not operate a drop-in basis. Simply make a booking on our site and enjoy the field with your furry friends!
  • Can I bring other animals / pets?
    The facility is a dog walking facility only. Please do not bring any other animals with you.
  • Can I bring more than one dog to Brokerswood Dog Walking Field?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring multiple dogs, as long as they are under your control and well-behaved around other dogs. Please ensure that you clean up after all of your dogs during your visit.
  • What facilities available at Brokerswood Dog Walking Field?
    We provide convenient amenities for visitors. This includes waste disposal stations for cleaning up after your dog, as well as benches and shaded areas for resting and observing your pup at play.
  • Is there parking available at Brokerswood Dog Walking Field?
    Yes, there is parking available onsite for visitors. Our off road parking makes for safe, immediate access to the field.
  • What are your rules on XL Bully Dogs?
    Starting from January 1, 2024, owners of XL Bully dogs use the Dog Paddock under the following government-imposed rules: Dogs can only be released once the gate is fully closed and manually bolted One handler per XL Bully Only dogs from the same household allowed. We must be informed before your first visit.
  • How much does it cost?
    All bookings are taken in 50 minute slots (allowing for a 10 minute changeover window). 1-2 Dogs: £10 per 50-minute session 3-4 Dogs: £12 per 50-minute session 5-6 Dogs: £14 per 50-minute session
  • How secure is the paddock?
    The paddock has a gated off-road entrance, is fully enclosed with a 1.8m fence, and monitored by a security camera.
  • Why are sessions 50 minutes long?
    Each session lasts 50 minutes, which includes time for entering and exiting the car park, as well as allowing time for change-over.
  • How do we manage dog waste?
    We provide bins for your dog's waste. Please collect and dispose of all dog waste in the provided bins. Non-compliance may result in refusal of future bookings.
  • Are there any rules on smoking?
    Smoking/Vaping is strictly prohibited on site, ensuring the safety of all guests.
  • Can professional dog walkers use the field?
    Yes! All are welcome. Please contact us for discounted rates.
  • Is there shelter?
    Yes, there is a field shelter with a bench for protection against weather.
  • Can Children come to the field?
    Children are allowed with adult supervision. The equipment is intended for dogs only. Brokerswood Dog Walking Fields is not liable for any accidents resulting from misuse of the equipment.
  • Can I bring toys / treats for my dog?
    Yes. Please do not leave any toys or treats in the field to avoid health risks to other dogs.
